Costa Rica: Culture of Conservation
Costa Rica may be the epicenter of modern-day ecotourism, but many people forget that it had one of the highest rates of deforestation in Central America in the late 1980s. What did Costa Rica do to turn things around so drastically and become a world leader in sustainable tourism? Join Birding Man Adventures on a 10-day adventure exploring biodiversity conservation, Costa Rican culture and governance, and ecotourism.
