Corcovado: Costa Rica's Crown Jewel
With over 2600 species of plants (67 of which are endemic), 370 species of birds, and 140 species of mammals, Corcovado National Park protects the largest remaining expanse of primary rainforest on the Pacific coast of the Americas. National Geographic famously described Corcovado as being “the most biologically intense place on Earth” and that’s exactly what it is – intense.
Join us on this 8-day expedition that explores Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula, starting in Drake Bay and landing you in the heart of Corcovado National Park for two and a half days. An adventure filled with both marine and terrestrial delights, you will not forget this epic journey into the heart of Central American wilderness.
